PURPOSE:
Refreshes the air in the room.
It wakes up.
It relieves the discomfort of a stuffy nose, tickling in the throat, etc.
USING:
Diffuser or aroma lamp. 5 - 10 drops.
Direct inhalation. Use in the inhaler according to the instructions or inhale the essential oil directly: drip up to 3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply. Repeat as needed.
