How to use
Adults and children older than 2 years: 1 capsule per day

If you use WAYA® Biotic capsules while you are being treated with antibiotics, take them two hours apart. Use WAYA® Biotic capsules for at least two weeks, and for long-term regulation of intestinal microflora, regular use is recommended.
