How to use
1-2 times a day mix the contents of the bag (3 g) in 100-200 ml of lukewarm water or milk. Wait 1 minute and stir gently before consumption. It is recommended to drink on an empty stomach: before breakfast and / or going to bed.
OMNi-BiOTiC 6 can be taken during pregnancy and is also suitable for children from 1 year of age.
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, we advise you to extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, bacteria metabolize all fructooligosaccharides (FOS). In this way, fructose does not reach the intestines.
