How to use
How to prepare tea:
Pour 1 teaspoon of burdock root (2,5 g) with 3 dcl of cold water, heat to boiling, boil for 3-5 minutes, leave covered for 20 minutes with occasional stirring and strain. Drink up to 3 times a day for 1 cup of tea.
Notes:
Keep out of reach of small children. The recommended daily doses should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not a substitute or replacement for a balanced diet.
