Redovita is a dietary supplement containing psyllium powder, of high purity (99%) produced from the seed coat of the Indian plantain. Psyllium is rich in soluble fibers that absorb water and create a viscous gel. The purer the psyllium is, the more water it can absorb and the more gel it can form. That's why high-purity psyllium stimulates digestion better.
How to use
Add the contents of one bag to 2 dl of water and stir to dissolve. Drink freshly prepared.
