Premama Duo is a dietary supplement specially formulated for women who are planning to become pregnant, who are already pregnant and for breastfeeding women.
What's in Premama Duo?
• Contains folic acid that contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.
• Contains vitamin D, which contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, the normal level of calcium in the blood, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
• Contains iron that contributes to normal cognitive function, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal transport of oxygen in the body, normal energy-generating metabolism and reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
• Contains calcium, which is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth.
• It contains vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, the normal production of red blood cells, and which plays a role in the process of cell division.
• Contains vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function and increases iron absorption.
• Contains iodine which contributes to normal cognitive function, normal hormone production and normal thyroid function.
• Contains zinc and selenium which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and normal nails.
• Contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
PreMama duo tablets, in addition to other vitamins and minerals, also contain Quatrefolic® active folic acid, which is especially necessary to meet the needs of the female body in the fertile period: before conception, during pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
The intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) during pregnancy and breastfeeding contributes to the normal development of the eye and brain of fetuses and infants. A beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 200 mg of DHA per day in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, eg 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
How to use
Women who plan to become pregnant, pregnant women and lactating women are recommended to take one tablet and one capsule a day, with a little liquid, after a meal.
PreMama duo tablets and capsules should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
The recommended daily doses should not be exceeded.
