Adults, young people (> 12 years): spray 1-4 times in each nostril, 1-5 times a day; children aged 6-12 years: spray 1-2 times in each nostril, 1-5 times a day; children aged 3-6 years: 1 spray in each nostril, 1-5 times a day.
