Soluble fiber intake can contribute to a balanced and diverse intestinal flora. Acacia fiber powder contains at least 80% soluble fiber, with a daily portion of 8g covering approximately 1/4 of the daily fiber requirement.

How to use
Adults: Once a day, put 1-2 spoonfuls of powder into an empty glass (1 spoonful corresponds to 8 g) and dissolve in approx. 200 ml of liquid while stirring.
Depending on your preferences, you can mix the tasteless powder into still water, juices, yogurt, muesli or other dishes.
The daily portion can be taken before, with or without a meal.
Children aged 3-12 take ½ tablespoon (4 g) once a day during the first week, then 1 tablespoon (8 g) once a day.
