How to use
Adults: The daily portion includes a bag with powder
(2 g) and two capsules. Mix the powder (1 bag) in approximately 100 ml of still water and drink it on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal. Take two capsules with a meal with a little liquid, for example a glass of water.
Children aged 4-10 take 1/1 of the contents of the bag (2 g) and 1 capsule once a day.
Pregnant and lactating women:
In agreement with the competent gynecologist, suitable for pregnant and lactating women.
