How to use

1 tablet per day to slowly dissolve in the mouth

Note:

From the age of 6, and earlier, on the recommendation of a doctor.

1 tablet contains: 250 mg of reduced glutathione, 40 mg of vitamin C, 50 mg of L-cystine and 55 mcg of selenium.

It is taken in cycles of 3 months. Depending on the type of therapy. The first positive effects are seen after a month.

The part of the day when glutathione levels are lowest is in the morning. So if it is taken once, the recommendation is in the morning. If it is taken twice a day (on the doctor's recommendation), then it is recommended to take it in the morning and in the evening.
