How it works?
The active substance is D-mannose. D-mannose occurs naturally in human metabolism. D-mannose binds to E. coli bacteria and thus prevents their deposition on the walls of the urinary canals. After that, the bacteria are simply excreted from the body with water (urination).
Attention:
femidoc® UROEXPRESS® is well tolerated and has very rare side effects.
A possible side effect is diarrhea, which however occurs very rarely.
Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Overdose may cause, for example, bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.
In case of side effects, discontinue use. femidoc® UROEXPRESS®.
The product may cause a beetroot (reddish-pink) color of urine due to the beetroot extract excipient.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Contact your doctor or pharmacist:
– if you notice traces of blood in your urine
- in case of continuous symptoms that may worsen after 7 days
– if you already have a disease or are taking other medications
– if you have symptoms of a bladder infection or upper urinary tract infection, such as a temperature of 38° or higher, uncontrolled fever, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting or diarrhea. You may have an upper urinary tract infection, which requires special treatment.
- if you have had kidney stones in the past.
femidoc® UROEXPRESS® must not be used after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
How to use
Dosage and use for adults:
As an aid in treatment, one effervescent tablet is taken twice a day.
As a preventive measure, one effervescent tablet is taken daily.
Dissolve the effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink immediately.
For oral use: the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. During therapy femidoc® UROEXPRESS® may be taken for a maximum of 30 days. After a 4-day break, the therapy can be repeated.
Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature (5-25°C) in a dry and dark place in the original packaging. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
Ingredients
Citric acid, 2 g of D-mannose, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, beetroot powder, sorbitol, forest fruit extract, inulin, sucralose.
One effervescent tablet contains 2 grams of D-mannose.
It does not contain allergens and is suitable for vegans.
