Esprico is a dietary supplement in capsule form for children containing fish oil (EPA 400 mg and DHA 40 mg), evening primrose seed oil, magnesium and zinc. It has an orange flavor.
- DHA plays a role in the metabolism of fatty acids and normal cognitive function, as well as maintaining normal brain function (a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
- Magnesium plays a role in normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Zinc plays a role in normal fatty acid metabolism and normal cognitive function.
