Each Melatonin Pura microtablet contains 1 mg of melatonin. Melatonin contributes to shortening the time needed to fall asleep. It is particularly suitable for alleviating subjective feelings associated with changing time zones or with changes in circadian rhythm due to the nature of work (eg night shifts, night shifts of health care workers, the nature of on-call work for firefighters, police, emergency personnel...).
How to use
To shorten the time needed to fall asleep, take 1 tablet a day, preferably in the evening shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the subjective feelings associated with changing time zones, take 1 tablet shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel, and for the next few days upon arrival at the destination.
Warning: It is not recommended to take during breastfeeding. It is not recommended to drive or operate machinery for 8 hours after taking melatonin.
