Ingredients in the recommended daily dose (1 teaspoon): Omega-3 fatty acids 3 g, of which EPA 1,6 g, DHA 0,8 g, other omega-3 fatty acids 0,6 g.

Ingredients: Fish oil (standardized to 75% omega-3 fatty acids), lemon flavor, antioxidants tocopherol (from soy), ascorbyl palmitate and rosemary extract. May contain traces of milk, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, nuts, eggs.

How to use

Directions for use: It is recommended to take one (1) teaspoon a day, with the main meal.
