Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as for blood production. It is one of the eight B vitamins.

Neither fungi nor plants, nor animals, nor humans can create vitamin B12. Only bacteria and archaea contain the enzymes necessary for the synthesis of this vitamin, although many foods are its natural source thanks to bacterial symbiosis. Vitamin B12 is the largest and most structurally complex vitamin and can only be produced by bacterial fermentation-synthesis.

The common semi-synthetic form of this vitamin is cyanocobalamin, which does not occur naturally (!) and is usually found in cheaper versions of the product.

There are four types on the market: cyanocobalamin with a cyanide group attached to cobalt, natural forms are hydroxycobalamin, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. The last three forms are preferred because the human body can use them better.

Vitamin B12 (cobalmin) is necessary for the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as for the production of red blood cells.

It is essential for many processes in the cells of the human body. It helps to alleviate fatigue, the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems.

What are liposomes?

Liposomes are ideal for the introduction of nutrients and nutritional supplements into the body, since they are easily absorbed by the stomach and intestines, which simultaneously absorb the additional substances contained in the liposome (VITAMINS, MINERALS).

A liposome is like a small water bubble, made of the same material that our cell membrane is made of (e.g. vitamin C is dissolved in the water core, which we want to be easily absorbed by the body), therefore it has an excellent ability to transfer nutrients to body cells!

When liposomes reach the small intestine, they are absorbed directly into the bloodstream (with other nutritional supplements, enzymes in the mouth and stomach, digestive enzymes, bile salts, and various intestinal flora weaken the nutrients before they are fully processed in the liver and useful to the body) .

The membrane is the one that allows or prevents the absorption of a particular nutrient or compound. The liposome membrane will keep the active ingredient (dietary supplement) inside and will not be released until it reaches the target cell.
*When we consume common food supplements, they must first travel from the mouth to the digestive system, only then can they be absorbed in the small intestine. The body cannot absorb them completely, because enzymes in the mouth and stomach, digestive enzymes, bile salts as well as various intestinal flora weaken the nutrients before they are completely processed in the liver and are useful for the body. This process reduces the bioavailability of nutrients.

How to use

Recommended dose: 1 x 2 ml on its own or with a glass of water or juice. Shake before use.

Warning: Recommended daily amounts or doses must not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. After opening, keep the product tightly closed, in a cool and dry place, and use it within two months. Keep out of the reach of children. Excessive use can have a laxative effect.

The liquid dietary supplement contains: 2 mg of hydroxycobalamin with vanilla and apricot flavor and natural sugar.
