Product Description
Application: as a drink use diluted with juice or water, for body massage for fatigue, for rinsing the oral cavity
USING
- for rinsing the mouth after brushing teeth,
- for gargling with sore throat,
- for rinsing in caries, periodontitis,
- for rinsing the mouth with cold sores and herpes,
- as a beverage, diluted with juice or water (to strengthen the immune system),
- to massage the body in case of fatigue (rub directly on the painful area, after application we recommend the use of shea butter which prevents dehydration, skin irritation).
How to use
- FOR DRINKING: mix 1 cap of hydrolate in 250 ml of liquid (water, juice, tea…) and use 2 times a day (morning and evening).
- FOR MASSAGE: rub the hydrolate into the skin and massage for up to 2 minutes.
- FOR MOUTH RINSE: use half a cap of hydrolate and gargle for 1 minute, then spit it out. Rinse, repeat 2-3 times a day. If your hydrolate is too strong, dilute it with water.
