IN WHICH CASES IS DEXYANE MED PALPEBRAL INDICATED?

Dexyane MeD Palpebral is indicated for the treatment of atopic or contact eczema on the eyelids. This type of eczema is characterized by an altered skin barrier with a high risk of reaction (dryness, irritation, itching) to allergens and irritants.

HOW DOES DEXYANE MED PALPEBRAL WORK?

Instantly relieves and reduces swelling. It restores the altered skin barrier and relieves dryness, as it contains a combination of glycerol, shea butter and triglycerides. Soothes itching and pain, reduces the severity of signs of inflammation (redness and irritation). Protects the skin by creating a semi-permeable surface film due to the galenic formulation enriched with natural polysaccharide. It restricts the adhesion of bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus which could potentially be involved in superinfection of lesions).

Dexyane MeD Palpebral is a medical product with proven clinical efficacy. Improves the treatment of eczema on the eyelids: on its own as a first line of treatment for milder inflamed lesions; in combination with topical corticosteroids for moderate to severe lesions: improves their effectiveness in terms of faster alleviation of the patient's discomfort after only three days of treatment with topical corticosteroids and limits the recurrence of lesions.

The pleasant, non-sticky texture of the gel-cream with the effect of an extremely moist coating ensures good patient compliance. The skin affected by eczema becomes supple and supple again, without feeling any discomfort.
