How to use

Arnica montana flower water, Aqua, Alcohol denat, Arnica montana flower extract, Polysorbate 20, Carbomer, Mentha arvensis herb oil, Menthol, Sodium hydroxide, Camphor, Rosmarinus o_cinalis leaf oil, Melaleuca leucadendron cajuputi leaf oil, Thymus vulgaris flower/leaf oil.
