Dietpharm Valerian Lemon Balm is a dietary supplement in capsule form that combines valerian extract, lemon balm extract, and vitamin B6 to provide targeted support to the nervous system, contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, and help people who have difficulty sleeping.
Valerian and lemon balm provide natural support for relaxation and better sleep, while vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The product is intended for adults who have difficulty sleeping, who feel tired and exhausted, or who want to provide additional support for the nervous system.
How to use
Adults take 2 capsules per day with sufficient liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
People taking medication should consult a doctor before taking it. It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and people under 18 years of age. People using the product should not drive or operate machinery for at least 2 hours after taking it.
Ingredients
Composition in the recommended daily dose (2 capsules): dry extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) 50 mg, dry extract of lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis L.) with min. 7% rosmarinic acid 300 mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10 mg (714% PU).
Ingredients: maltodextrin, dry lemon balm leaf extract, capsule (thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, colorant: calcium carbonate), dry valerian root extract, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
