Dietpharm Myo Inositol is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder in sachets, intended for women planning pregnancy, during pregnancy (especially during the first trimester), and women with insulin resistance. It contains myo-inositol, folic acid, vitamin E, and zinc.
Myo-inositol helps with insulin resistance (it improves insulin sensitivity and may improve glucose utilization in cells) and may increase pregnancy rates and reduce miscarriage rates in women undergoing assisted reproduction. When combined with folic acid, it may lead to the return of ovulation and an increased number of regular cycles.

How to use
Adults take 1 sachet per day. For direct administration, apply the powder from the sachet directly into the mouth, allow to dissolve briefly and swallow. To prepare a drink, dissolve the powder from the sachet in a glass of water (200ml) and drink immediately after preparation.
The recommended daily doses should not be exceeded.
