The beneficial effect is achieved by taking a minimum of 0,5 mg of melatonin before bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination.
How to use
To shorten the time needed to fall asleep: Adults take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the evening shortly before going to bed. To alleviate the subjective feelings associated with changing time zones when traveling (jet-lag): Adults take 1 to 2 capsules before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination.
