Why take magnesium?
Magnesium is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body. It has an important physiological role in maintaining normal nerve and muscle function, normal energy-generating metabolism, normal protein synthesis and many others. Increased magnesium needs are manifested in cases of insufficient or monotonous nutrition, reduced absorption (intestinal disease), diarrhea or vomiting, increased loss through excessive sweating, in cases of long-term stress, in athletes and recreationists, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
What does magnesium in the form of malate guarantee?
Very high bioavailability (higher than the citrate form), good dissolution in the stomach and intestinal system, milder effect on the body and thus less laxative effect. Vitamins B6 and D3 in the composition help with better absorption.
Magnesium malate is an organic soluble salt of magnesium and malic acid. Weak bonds between magnesium and malic acid molecules are easily broken, which guarantees better solubility and absorption of this form of magnesium in the body, i.e. its high bioavailability (higher than magnesium citrate). Magnesium malate also has a smaller laxative effect than other magnesium salts due to its milder effect on the body.

How to use
Adults and children over 14 take 1 sachet a day. The powder from the bag must be dissolved in a glass (2 dl) of water and drunk immediately after preparation.
