Chirofert forte contains:
D-chiro inositol – Inositols are substances that are usually found in nature, especially in cereals, nuts, legumes and fruits. D-chiro-inositol is created in the human body from myo-inositol and is a biologically active substance, similar to B group vitamins, which participates in various metabolic reactions that are necessary for the proper functioning of the organism.
It has been scientifically proven that D-chiro-inositol is a key component of a special intracellular molecular system that enhances the insulin signal and thus contributes to the proper utilization of glucose in the cells of our body.
D-chiro-inositol, which is part of this product, is of natural origin and in the form of a concentrated and purified extract obtained from carob by a special extraction method that uses only water as a solvent, without the use of chemicals that could negatively affect the quality of the product.
Alpha-lipoic acid - we find it in every cell of our body, where it performs multiple biological activities, and participates as a cofactor in the energy production process. It is a powerful antioxidant.
Manganese - contributes to the normal metabolism of energy generation, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The latest research has shown that manganese and D-chiro-inositol have a synergistic effect.
Melatonin – contributes to shortening the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Folic acid - belongs to the group of B vitamins and is necessary for the growth and division of cells. The human body does not produce folic acid, so we must take it into the body through food. Although a varied and balanced diet meets the daily requirements for this vitamin (200 µg), the intake of larger amounts is necessary in some special conditions and during pregnancy when you can additionally take it in the form of a dietary supplement. It must be kept in mind that folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal homocysteine metabolism, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, and normal blood production.
Chromium – contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day, in the evening, shortly before going to bed. Swallow the tablet whole with plenty of liquid.
