Catafertyl FOR HER is a unique combination of 9 carefully selected ingredients:
- two forms of inositol: myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol,
- active folic acid (Quatrefolic®) which contributes to the development of maternal tissue during pregnancy,
- Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity,
- zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and
- other vitamins and minerals for comprehensive support.
Other nutrients:
- Active folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion
- Active folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the functioning of the immune system
- Zinc contributes to carbohydrate metabolism

Catafertyl FOR HER increases folate levels in pregnant women. Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for neural tube defects during fetal development. In women of reproductive age, a beneficial effect is achieved by supplementing the diet with 400 µg of folic acid per day at least one month before the planned conception, and then up to three months after conception.

How to use
Recommended dose: 1 sachet per day.
Instructions for use: Empty the contents of one sachet directly into your mouth. If desired, you can dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and drink.
