Blephademodex is recommended for daily eyelid hygiene when there is inflammation caused by Demodex.
Demodex can be transmitted by direct contact, from one person to another.
Demodex folliculorum and D. brevis inhabit hair follicles and sebaceous glands. They are most often found on the eyelids, nose, cheeks, forehead and chin.
Blephademodex removes dirt, mites and stains on the eyelids and eyelashes that cause eyelid inflammation, and is clinically proven to improve symptoms associated with Demodex infestatio.
Ingredients
· Terpinen-4-ol, a purified active extract of tea tree oil, at a low concentration of 2,5% is used for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
· Sodium hyaluronate, a natural skin soothing and hydrating agent. It ensures natural hydration of the sensitive skin around the eyes and eyelids and enables soothing regeneration of the skin around the eyelids.
Blephademodex wipes are preservative-free and come in a package of 30 sterile bags (individually packed wipes).
