How to use

Drink 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal. The contents of the capsule can be shaken into food or drink.

In the recommended daily dose (2 capsules): magnesium 90,0 mg (24% PU *), vitamin B6 8,0 mg (571% PU *), 4 billion live cultures of microorganisms (4 x 109 CFU).
