ASPUMEX is a medical product in the form of a soft capsule containing 240 mg of simethicone. Its use is indicated for alleviating feelings of fullness, bloating, belching and discomfort caused by excessive accumulation of gas and air in the digestive tract, which leads to tension and pressure in the intestines. In addition, ASPUMEX is also used to help prepare patients for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity such as ultrasound, endoscopy, radiography and colonoscopy, to remove digestive gas and air and improve the quality of the images.

ASPUMEX is a medicinal product containing 240 mg of simethicone in 1 soft capsule.
How to use
ASPUMEX capsules are taken by mouth, before or after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid (eg a glass of water). Avoid carbonated drinks while using the product.
Symptoms associated with tension and pressure in the intestines:
Adults: 1 capsule, 2-4 times a day, as needed. Do not take more than 4 capsules (960 mg simethicone) per day.
Pregnant women: consult a doctor or pharmacist for dosage and instructions for use.
People with diabetes: no dose adjustment is required.
Children 12-18 years; 1 capsule once a day, as needed.
Preparation for diagnostic examinations:
Adults: 1 capsule in the evening, the day before the scheduled diagnostic examination, and 1 capsule in the morning, on an empty stomach, on the day of the diagnostic examination.
Pregnant women: consult a doctor or pharmacist for dosage and instructions for use.
People with diabetes: no dose adjustment is required.
