Our hair is mostly composed of keratin - a protein that gives it elasticity, durability and shine. Keratin is synthesized from sulfur amino acids - cystine and methionine - whose action is enhanced thanks to zinc and B group vitamins, with a high dose of biotin. Also, keratin is one of the main components of our nails.
Arkopharma has, thanks to its expertise and many years of experience, developed the special formula Forcapil® Hair and nails capsules containing sulfur amino acids (cystine and methionine) and vitamins and minerals specially selected by experts.
Zinc participates in the process of keratin synthesis and at the same time helps the nails to stay strong and not break.
Vitamin B8 (called biotin or vitamin B7 in some countries) helps our hair to be healthy, soft, shiny and strong.

How to use
In the morning with breakfast, drink 2 capsules with a large glass of water.
