What is Bioapigyn ointment for pelvic muscle tone used for?

Bioapigyn pelvic muscle tone vaginal ointment is intended to relieve the symptoms of stress, urge and mixed urinary incontinence in women over 18 years of age, especially in menopausal/postmenopausal women, characterized by the involuntary flow of urine during exertion or exertion, or after sneezing or coughing; involuntary loss of urine preceded by a sudden and strong urge to urinate; involuntary leakage of urine associated with symptoms of urgency, as well as loss of urine with exertion, straining, sneezing or coughing; nocturia; urinary retention.

The device is also intended to relieve symptoms of vulvovaginal disorders caused by an increase in vaginal pH level, characterized by vaginal discharge, vaginal dryness, dyspareunia, unusual vaginal odor, irritation, burning, itching and edema in the vagina and vulva area.

How does Bioapigyn ointment for pelvic muscle tone work?

Bioapigyn vaginal ointment for pelvic muscle tone is a class IIa medicinal product that relieves the symptoms of incontinence due to the presence of ingredients that stimulate the contraction/relaxation of the smooth muscles of the pelvic floor, which results in their tightening and firming, and consequently leads to the relief of all incontinence symptoms.

The ointment is also intended to relieve vulvo-vaginal symptomsgoba which is characterized by vaginal discharge, unpleasant odor, itching, painful intercourse and edema. 

The grease creates an acidic, viscous environment with low water activity that prevents the growth, adhesion and reproduction of pathogens and lowers the pH of the brooder to optimal values. 

Coating, lubricating and softening the product results in the creation of a protective layer on the damaged mucous membrane that enables its recovery and prevents further irritation, relieves vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. The combination of essential oils and plant macerate also removes the unpleasant odors of various pathological conditions.

Summary of clinical trial results: Vaginal application Bioapigyn fats for pelvic muscle tone for 28 consecutive days (2,5 mL per day) resulted in the complete disappearance of vulvovaginal tegoba, 14,2% decrease in vaginal pH, 76,9% decrease in residual urine volume and 54,9% decrease in mean ICIQ-UI-SF score. At the same time, the perineometric parameters that determine the strength of the pelvic floor muscles increased between 31,5 and 34,3%. The treatment resulted in significant improvement of symptoms in 74,2% of participants and cure in 25,8% of participants.

None of the patients experienced any side effects (worsening of existing symptoms, appearance of new symptoms, irritation or allergic reactions) during the treatment and follow-up period.

How to use

instruction manual : put 2,5 mL of ointment with an applicator deep into the vagina. Use before bed. Use continuously for 30 consecutive days. If necessary, use 2-3 times a week for the next 8 weeks. After each use, separate the applicator piston from the body and clean the parts with warm water and detergent. After you have washed your hands, with your finger nanesiand a thin layer of fat on the external genitalia.

Precautions and storage conditions: The device must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product. The device must be heardvatand in a dark place outside the dohvatand children at a temperature below 25 ⁰ C.
