It is most preferable to use Sunlove Skin+ throughout the year, and especially at the beginning of the spring months, in order to prepare the skin for the sun, adapt the whole body to more intense UV radiation (sun allergies), reduce the spread of hyperpigmentation, and improve the elasticity and moisture of the skin.
During extremely high UV index, it is recommended to use 2 Sunlove Skin+ capsules (one capsule twice, with a larger meal) due to the body's greater need for antioxidant protection.
