Safety
We sell products that comply with European Union regulations. Depending on the type of product, different rules and authorities apply (e.g. EFSA for food supplements, EMA for medicines, MDR/IVDR for medical devices).
Short explanation:
- Dietary supplements: must meet EU safety, labeling, and composition requirements; they are not “approved” by us or the FDA.
- Medications: We are currently not marketing any medications.
- Medical devices: must have a CE mark according to MDR/IVDR regulations.
- Declarations: we rely on the manufacturer's official declaration and valid certificates.
Yes — we sell only original products. We purchase all goods from registered importers and authorized pharmaceutical suppliers, in the original factory packaging and with batch (lot) traceability and shelf life.
In general, before using any product, it is important to check the warnings on the packaging and consult a healthcare professional.
Common situations when you need to be careful:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: always consult your doctor before taking any supplements.
- Chronic illnesses: if you have health problems (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease), consult a doctor.
- Medications: If you are taking medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist for possible interactions.
- Allergies: carefully read the list of ingredients and allergens on the package.
- Children: products often have age restrictions; check the recommended age.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medication, always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any product. This is the safest way to ensure your and your baby's safety and to avoid unwanted interactions.
Important notes:
- Individual needs: every organism is different, and your health condition and therapy require an expert opinion.
- Interactions: some ingredients may interact with medications or affect pregnancy/breastfeeding.
- Declaration: carefully read all warnings and instructions on the product packaging.
- We do not provide medical advice: email communication cannot replace a conversation with a doctor. For personalized advice, always contact your doctor.
Dietary supplements generally have a good safety profile, but reactions can vary from person to person. All important information about possible side effects and warnings can be found on the product label.
- Read the instructions on the package and follow the recommended dosage.
- Mild side effects (e.g. indigestion) may occur at the beginning of taking it.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice any adverse reactions.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist first.
Proper storage ensures product quality, and the expiration date is always clearly indicated on the packaging.
General storage guidelines:
- Room temperature: Store most products at room temperature (15–25°C).
- Protection from light: keep products away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Dry place: avoid moisture and store in a dry place.
- Cold packs: Products shipped as cold packs (e.g. probiotics) must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Detailed instructions for such products can be found in the product description and on the packaging itself.
