A woman's vaginal flora is an important protector against harmful microorganisms. Billions of different beneficial lactobacilli, also called lactic acid bacteria, provide the acidic pH of the vagina that prevents the growth of pathogenic bacteria and fungi.

Vaginal flora is built up since birth - oral lactobacilli, which know exactly where they live. However, the delicate balance of the vaginal flora can be easily disturbed for various reasons: stress, a weakened immune system, drugs such as antibiotics, excessive intimate hygiene or hormonal changes (eg caused by birth control pills, during pregnancy or menopause). In this way, the important lactobacilli are reduced and can no longer be filledvatand its protective function. Then harmful bacteria and fungi, such as Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis or Dogdida albicans, reproduce excessively and vaginal imbalance (dysbiosis) may occur as a result. In principle yes: all OMNi-BiOTiC® products do not contain animal proteins, only OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic contains a very small amount of milk sugar (which corresponds to the lactose content in about 4 drops of cow's milk).

Can you take OMNi-BiOTiC® products despite intolerance (histamine, fructose)?

OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain various dietary fibers that serve bacteria as specific foods, such as fructooligosaccharides and inulin. These are natural nutrients of intestinal bacteria, which are contained only in minimal amounts in OMNi-BiOTiC® products (significantly less than used, for example, in a clinical test to induce a measurable response). If the activation time is extended to 30 minutes, the bacteria metabolize food (= fructooligosaccharides, inulin, etc.) almost completely, so that most of the individual molecules of these substances reach the intestines.

Bacteria in OMNi-BiOTiC® products have also been genetically tested to determine if they will be able to produce histamine. Only bacterial strains that cannot produce histamine on their own are used for our products, so OMNi-BiOTiC® products can be safely taken by people with histamine intolerance.

Does the gut have to get used to the beneficial bacteria first?

Depending on how damaged your intestinal flora is, this may be the case. If you are already struggling with severe symptoms, it is advisable to increase slowlyvatand a daily dose over a period of several weeks (starting with a knife-tip amount) to prevent bloating and other digestive problems. Is it possible to combine two OMNi-BiOTiC® products with each other?

Yes of course. You can, for example, take one OMNi-BiOTiC® in the morning and the other in the evening. I need an escapevatand dissolving two different OMNi-BiOTiC® products in one glass at the same time, because each combination of bacteria is precisely coordinated with each other and supplemented with a special "favorite food" in the form of a nutrient matrix.

How to use

1-2 times a day, mix the contents of the OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus + bag (= 2 g) in 100-200 ml of lukewarm water or milk, wait 1 minute for activation, mix gently and drink. It is recommended to drink on an empty stomach: before breakfast or going to bed.

If you are taking OMNi-BiOTiC® FLORA plus + 2 times a day (eg for persistent recurrent dysbiosis of the vaginal flora), it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner.
