How to use
1 capsule and 1 film-coated tablet daily with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended to take it for 3 months, after which you should take a break of 3 weeks. The capsule is small and does not leave a fishy taste in the mouth after swallowing. The tablet is shaped like an almond to make it easier to swallow.
