Waya StopReflux in sachets (liquid oral suspension) is a medicinal product indicated for the relief of symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux such as: heartburn, heartburn during pregnancy, acid reflux, inflammation of the esophagus caused by reflux, difficulty swallowing, painful swallowing.
Thanks to the synergy of its ingredients, Waya StopReflux provides rapid relief of symptoms by:
- mechanically prevents reflux - in less than three minutes
- relieves heartburn
- protects and restores the mucous membrane (action of hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate)
What it contains Waya Stop Reflux?
Contains magnesium alginate, carbonates, bicarbonates, hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate. The effect is achieved mechanically. When the contents come into contact with the acidic pH in the stomach, magnesium alginate forms a gel.
Meanwhile, the carbonates release carbon dioxide, which allows the gel to rise and form a plug that serves as a physical barrier, preventing the reflux (rising) of gastric juice into the esophagus. Carbonate and bicarbonate simultaneously help reduce stomach acid.
In addition, hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate protect and restore the mucous membrane.
The advantage is the product Waya StopReflux and the fact that it does not contain sodium alginate, but magnesium alginate, is therefore safe for use in patients who need to reduce their sodium intake.
Ingredients
Water, magnesium alginate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium hyaluronate, chondroitin sulfate, flavors; preservatives: methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (methylparaben), ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate (ethylparaben); sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose.
How to use
The application is suitable for adults and children older than 12 years: pour the contents of one bag directly into the mouth after main meals and before going to bed or according to the doctor's instructions. Shake before use and consume the contents of the bag immediately after opening. Waya StopReflux in sachets can be used at any time during the day. It works best if no food or drink is consumed within 30 minutes after application. The actual duration of use may depend on the occurrence of symptoms. Do not use for more than 30 days. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. If necessary for treatment purposes, it can be used for longer periods.
