The product contains enzymes necessary for the digestion of daily food intake. Lipases help break down fats into fatty acids and glycerol, while amylases and amyloglucosidases break down carbohydrates into smaller monosaccharide molecules. Proteases are involved in protein metabolism to form amino acids. Cellulase, or cellulase complex is a multi-enzyme system composed of several enzymes that are obtained only from microorganisms and also participate in the digestive processes of carbohydrates.
