How to use
1. Open the bag and take out the patch.
2. Remove the transparent protective film.
3. Place the patch on the affected area, making sure it sticks properly. Wait 10 to 15 minutes to feel the warming effect. Leave the patch on for 24 hours, then replace it with a new one.
For external use only. Apply only to undamaged, clean and dry skin. Keep out of reach of children. Wash your hands after use. Do not apply to the mucous membrane or surrounding areas.
